AKTIVE BOX GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Aktive BOX service, including any content, features, or functionality offered on or through our website.
By using Aktive BOX service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You may not use this service if you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions.
1. Use of Service
Aktive BOX service is provided solely for commercial use to strengthen your Dropify dropshipping business. You may not use Aktive BOX service for any other purpose without our express written consent.
2. Account Registration
To use this service, you must have an active subscription with Dropify.
3. Booking
You must book your preferred box at www.aktivelive.com to make sure of its availability. No booking no use of service.
4. Payment
You must pay your chosen box's corresponding security deposit amount before the scheduled pickup to use this service. Once the box is returned in good condition the deposited security amount must be credited to your account within 5 business days.
5. Shipping and Transportation Fees
All shipping and transportation fees are the responsibility of the dropshipper. Dropify is not responsible for any shipping or transportation costs associated with renting a box.
6. Box Return and Deposit Forfeiture
It is the responsibility of the dropshipper to return the box on time. If the box is not returned within 30 days of the rental period, a 15-day grace period will be given. After the grace period, the deposited amount will be forfeited.
7. Delivery and Return Policy
a. Box Condition Responsibility As the dropshipper, it is your responsibility to ensure that the box and its contents are in good condition before sending it back to Dropify.
b. Return Form Requirement You must fill out the return form before returning the box to Dropify. This helps us process your return efficiently and accurately.
c. Delivery Schedule Dropify can only receive the box from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 3 pm only. Please make sure to schedule your delivery accordingly.
d. Quality Checking Once we receive the box, our team will check the contents within 24 hours for quality checking.
e. Damaged Products and Security Deposit If damages are found in the returned products, the corresponding amount will be charged and deducted from your security deposit amount. You will receive an email containing the item description, SKU, and image of the damaged item/s.
f. Dispute Resolution In case of dispute, you have twenty-four (24) hours to file a dispute given that you can provide proof or supporting documents (such as but not limited to videos, images, etc.) proving that the products are returned in good condition. We will review your dispute and come to a fair resolution.
8. Changes to Box Content
Dropify has the right to change the content of the box in instances that included products are found to be in low stock level. Dropify will notify you about any such modifications.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Aktive BOX service to:

Engage in any activity that violates any law, regulation, or right to any third party

Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another’s privacy

Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity

Promote non-Dropify products
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of Aktive BOX service after any such modifications shall constitute your agreement to be bound by the modified Terms and Conditions
